INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF NON-VIOLENCE
In honor of 150ème BIRTHDAY OF GANDHI, 10/2/2019,
AND TO APPROVE BY YOUR WILL AN EXTRAORDINARY VOLUME OF EVENTS TO
PROMOTE NON-VIOLENCE AT ALL THE NATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS!
For a
certain number of years, I have addressed a contribution to the Authorities of
my country, those international, networks of peace and harmony, compared to the
international day for the peace of the United Nations: the concerns are
numerous:climatic disordered state and its incidences, of which the Amazonian
question and the pollution of the oceans, the close relation and Middle-East,
Cashmere and its risks: India and Pakistan being equipped with the nuclear
weapon, terrorism and its risks in spite of its military defeats, the
commercial war in particular between China and the United States and what it
can generate, the Ukrainian file, the arms race and the nuclear fill in spite
of the agreement of July 2017 ......
Peace does
not relate to only the great conflicts:the spirit of peace already begins in
its family, with her friends, relations. Whereas humanity is made up of 2
sexes:the female one and masculine how not to be indignant that with equal work
the women for the same responsibility have on average wages lower than that of
the men and a more difficult access to the responsibilities!How not to be
indignant that in a country known as civilized as France every 3 days a woman
dies under the blows of her husband or united.
A new end
was put forward: The féminicide (or fémicide, gynécide, gynocide) are by
definition the murder of one or several women or girls because of their female
condition.
All this,
does not create the harmony and creates from the start in the children an
atmosphere of fear and tension.These last years many feminine voices rise to
denounce the abuses of power the undergone sexual constraints. The police and
justice must do more and better for the respect of their dignity!
On March
21st, I will approach the behaviors homophobe, racist, anti-semite, xenophobe,
which feed the resentments, folds, fears, the refusal of the opening to the
other, the feeling that outside his identity community it is not safety!How to
be astonished then by the prejudices which can lead to acts of violence
including loophole.
One week of international mobilization of the citizens around
the Summit Action Climate of UNO of September 23rd is in hand, with in
particular a great mobilization on Saturday, September 21 and a new world call
to the strike on Friday, September 27. It is time to save planet!

institutional support, I traversed many countries while taking part in various
demonstrations for peace:demonstrations, congress, conferences, reading of
texts, songs for peace,… including by living difficult situations sometimes =
expulsion, armed forces, even shootings in the streets…!My work published in

GUY CREQUIE,
at the time of my first individual stay in Hiroshima in January 2009, I sang
then in Hiroshima in front of the tomb of Tamiki HARA, the poet victim of the
atomic tragedy, the poets of peace of this city and in front of the newspaper
of the city and 5 Japanese national mediums. At the time of the second stay in
August 2010 with some other authors, I gave a conference relating to peace with
Ernesto KAHAN to Tokyo and of the interviews to newspapers, took part in the
commemoration of the atomic tragedy in Hiroshima, and gave with him an
interview to the radio of Kyoto. On August 8th, with some friends, I sang peace
with Nagasaki in a specific old people's home women who then children were
victims of the atomic bomb, and on August 9th, 2010, day of the 65 E and sad
birthday of the tragedy, I I sung Ave Maria of Gounod in the Church of Urakami
with Nagasaki in front of more than 2000 faithful, the media, and the
representatives of Embassies.
On January
15th, 2009, on January 17th I intervened before the Japanese National
Commission for UNESCO and interpreted in front of his representatives = the bed
of roses and O Plate Me.

At present, I appear among the 82 international authors!In the center the

For my part,
I contributed to this work published at present in languages: Hindi, Russian
and English while waiting for other translations of which in French language,

with the drafting of the foreword with 15 other authors, I wrote a specific
poem, I contributed in search of the contribution to GANDHI of personalities
representative of large currents of religious and philosophical thought of
non-violence.
This work
defines using classes of spheres representative of all the human activities a
total science for peace and the statistical evaluation by large country of the
activities. It takes as a starting point the former work By MARX, PARSONS,
MATURANA, EINSTEIN,… And it combines: ontology, sociology, the cybernetic socio
and combination of the classes of spheres: Spherons!
The book,
was financed by gifts of international patrons.

citizen is individual and not under the aegis of an Institution or territorial
collectivity and in particular as regards peace he is not recognized!It is an
interpellation with the various powers to correct!

Dear Madam,
It is with a
major joy that I recommend the candidature of Mr. Guy Crequie to the price
Madanjeet Singh.
Its life was
devoted to the thought and the music in a prospect to bring closer the human
beings between them and to help with a mutuel understanding of the
civilizations and religions.
Its thorough
knowledge of the history of the Middle-East and Islam was put at the service of
the agreement enters
people in
situations of major tensions.
Its

Lastly, this
international day must be all except a standardized annual ritual confined with
the only experts: Already, I indicated it previously, the Security Council of
UNO should be widened with the evolution of the world, while limiting myself
more to the only countries having the nuclear weapon, since normally place of
construction of peace, but, in emerging countries while not laying out.
If not, with
some which consider it, but with which: the fact of being confronted with the
resolution of conflicts nondirectly dependant on their field of influence,
could make reverse the priority of the values. Then, it can be planned to widen
the permanent members of the Security Council of UNO in India, Brazil, South
Africa, Nigeria, (because the African continent will be one of the poles of the
XXII è century), Japan, and perhaps with others, well later on, of the close
relation or Middle-East, this, when the spirit of peace carries it in the
respect of the ones and others. Alas, it is not at present the case!
However, the
civil society (and within this framework of the accredited representatives of
this one,) should be represented within International institutions of which the
General Assembly of the United Nations.(personalities qualified of the economy,
justice, science and culture, trade unionism, sports activities and artistic.)
When the
broached subjects touch with the respect of the dignity of the life:peaces,
education, health, incidences of poverty ..... the representatives of the civil
society should profit from the deliberative voice.
It is
education with peace and non-violence as of more the young age by the family
and school education which can create this spirit of harmony. But for that, the
adults themselves, must be ready to control the logic of peace. This, because
the life is movement. There will be always contradictions to solve, evils to be
fought. In this direction, being man and woman, are efforts without end… If
not, the human being is always balloté by the changing external phenomena.
However, there are 2 ways of understanding this contradiction: that of the
interior change which interiorizes the reality of the other, or that to see in
the other, outside, the foreigner, the cause of all its problems. Then, the
objective is to want to regulate this fear, this fear of the other, by the
conflict and the victory of the one of the camps over the other which can go
until its physical suppression or physical alienation, moral, psychological by
such: torture, victimizations, deprivations food, the expropriation of
territories or their deterioration, the attack with individual freedoms and
collective ......
From this
point of view, UNESCO and UNO have important responsibilities. There exists
currently (on September 21st) one day international of the peace of the United
Nations, but, this day little or not popularized through the media alas), is known
only initiates: elected officials of the communes, members of clubs UNESCO or
pacifist movements.
UNESCO,
could propose a school program and university diffusable for all the cultures,
languages and nations, adopted by its executive council, validated by the
States, which, during the 3rd annual week of September would propose this
invitation with the spirit of peace, with this revolution of the spirit
(expression of Guy CREQUIE), with all the consciences of the children and
teenagers, with of course, an adaptation of the program according to the age
brackets.
The people
are to be represented directly by council of the people admitted with
deliberative voice within the General Assembly of the United Nations.
Independently
of the States, each citizen, should have the possibility of taking part in the
financing of the activities of the United Nations by knowing the role of this
worthy institution during one day annual televised (for example on September
21st) and popularized in the written press and the radios like that is done in
France for the téléthon, the AIDS…
At the time
of the election of the General secretary of UNO each continent in turn could
introduce its candidate on the great media and this one to expose televisual
its ambitions and visions with the people of the ground and this diffused
translated into various languages.
In the same
way, as the old company of the nations in the years 1930, organized weeks of
education to peace, UNO could take again this kind of initiative for which the
responsibility could be entrusted to the networks of the worldwide association
of the Mayors, departments and regions for peace. This so that in each country,
the maximum of citizens takes part in this humanistic movement of proximity.
The ILO
(international organization of work), has the possibility of signing a
convention with the States for the development of the presentation of a
conference relating to the need for peace (text validated then by the national
representatives of the employers' organizations and trade-union.) This one 2
hours duration annual conference would be presented by site to the employees by
a representative of the company or the establishment.
Perhaps,
with this awakening that we all are of the universal citizens belonging all to
the same mankind will come the day in 200 or 300 years when as MARX in the
manuscripts hoped for it: “the transparency of the social reports will be such
as it will be enough to be a being liking to be a loved being ......”
