Bonjour,
L'affaire
Harvey Weinstein commence le 5 octobre 2017 avec la publication par le New York
Times d'une première série de témoignages d'actrices affirmant avoir été
harcelées par le producteur hollywoodien.
Depuis
cette date : des mouvements comme celui # metoo se sont constitués
contre le harcèlement sexuel, le droit de cuisage ou des hommes disposant d’un
pouvoir de décision pour la promotion d’artistes de comédiennes de sportives
profitent de leur fonction pour se conduire de façon répugnante en
agressant violant menaçant des jeunes femmes……Les bouches se délient, et depuis
2 ans , régulièrement, des affaires défraient la chronique, des livres sont
publiés, des témoignages accablants sont médiatisés, et concernent de
jeunes comédiennes, artistes, sportives, lorsque des managers, producteurs, entraineurs
ont profité de leurs attributions pour faire subir attouchements et viols à ces
jeunes personnes …..
Le
respect de la femme est menacé dans trop de situations : Le féminicide (ou
féminicide, gynécide ou gynocide) est le meurtre d’une ou plusieurs femmes ou
filles pour la raison qu’elles sont des femmes.
149. C'est le décompte du nombre du féminicides commis en France
en 2019.
Tenue
à jour par le collectif «Féminicides par compagnon ou ex» grâce à des bénévoles
qui repèrent les meurtres grâce à la presse, la liste n'en comptait que 121 à
la fin de l'année 2018 (+18%). Elle recense tous les meurtres perpétrés par un
homme sur une femme alors qu'ils entretenaient une relation amoureuse d'un soir
ou d'une vie.
Tous
les âges (de 15 ans à 92 ans) et tous les départements sont concernés par les
violences faites aux femmes. Le mois de janvier a été le plus meurtrier avec 16
décès constatés.
Tout
ceci concerne malheureusement de nombreux pays européen et de par le
monde et relève d’un retard des mentalités séculaire ceci alors que
l’humanité à 2 composantes :de sexe féminin et masculin qui sont des
réalités indissociables !
Il
y a quelques années, j’avais publié une contribution laquelle avait été reprise
par la Commission diplomatique mondiale des éducateurs pour la paix = j’y
démontrai le retard de la pensée philosophique trop longtemps misogyne, le rôle
de certaines traditions religieuses qui ont perpétué des pratiques
discriminatoires, avait fait mention de certaines sociétés ayant connu une
période de matriarcat, tout en notant que certains prophètes ont permis des
avancées respectueuses ! Par exemple le bouddha SAKYAMUNI respectait les
femmes, et MAHOMET mis en cause la pratique consistant à tuer à la naissance
les bébés de sexe féminin.
Le
projet de loi relatif à la bioéthique. Le texte, première réforme sociétale
d'ampleur du quinquennat d'Emmanuel Macron, est particulièrement attendu depuis
2017.
Une
fois adopté, ce projet de loi ouvrira la procréation médicalement assistée
(PMA, ou AMP) à l'ensemble des femmes en France. Les couples lesbiens et les
femmes célibataires souhaitant devenir parents pourront donc accéder à ces
techniques, jusqu'alors réservées aux couples hétérosexuels. Mais, de la levée
de l'anonymat des dons à l'autoconservation des gamètes, le texte réforme en
profondeur d'autres aspects clés de la bioéthique. Des changements qui
concernent une large part de la population.
Enfin,
il faudra désormais attendre cinq ans (et non plus sept) pour qu'une nouvelle
révision des lois de bioéthique soit mise en place. Notons également que la
réforme crée une commission parlementaire permanente chargée des questions
relatives à la bioéthique. L'objectif : que les députés légifèrent sur ces
sujets sans prendre de retard et chaque fois que les enjeux l'exigent, hors du
cadre plus lourd d'un débat de société programmé.
Le
8 mars est à nouveau pour l’ONU « la journée internationale de la
femme » Cependant, pour l’essentiel des pays, la formulation plus respectueuse
des enjeux devrait être » La journée internationale des droits fondamentaux des
femmes ! »
Une
autre journée dont il est moins parlé est le 25 novembre : » la
journée internationale pour l’élimination de la violence contre les femmes…..En
effet, en France : Rebecca (44 ans) dans le Nord = fut la 149 è me
femme décédée sous les coups de son compagnon
A
noter, que des femmes tuées par leur conjoint on en trouve de tout
âge :44,71,30, 20,81 ans …..
Selon
la banque mondiale, le viol et la violence conjugale représentent un risque
plus grand pour les femmes de 15 à 44 ans que le cancer, les accidents de la
route, la guerre et le paludisme réunis.
OUI :de
par le monde, encore au XXI è siècle, il existe toujours des femmes violées,
contraintes au mariage forcé, dans quelques contrées certaines sont encore
excisées par la persistance de pratiques ancestrales.
Elles
peuvent être exercées dans tous les domaines de la vie :travail, couple,
famille, école, rue, milieu hospitalier ,transports……Elles prennent la forme de
violences physiques, psychologiques, économiques, administratives ,verbales, et
de violence sociale individuelle ou collective :non égalité
professionnelle au travail, dans la vie publique ….
Rappelons
en France :mais il reste tant à faire en pratique :accueil, écoute
et prise en compte dans les commissariats, décision de justice favorable
à leur souffrance,….que la loi n°2018-703du 3 aout 2018 renforce la lutte
contre les violences sexuelles et sexistes et qu’elle doit permettre de mieux
prévenir les violences, mieux accompagner les victimes, et mieux sanctionner
les agresseurs !
Encore
faut-il que le budget de l’Etat y consacre des moyens
suffisants :notamment dans la construction d’infrastructures d’accueil et
l’aide aux Associations aidant les femmes dans leurs démarches.
Au
plan international, je salue la démarche entreprise par le réseau GHA
(Association globale d’harmonie ) laquelle, par 82 de ses chercheurs de 25 pays
dont des détenteurs du prix Nobel, ceci, par la rédaction du livre qui
sera édité avant l’été par l’Editeur Editions du Cordeau et diffusé par
Hachette diffusion dot le titre est : » la non- violence depuis
GANDHI !
Cette
démarche innovante sort de l’impasse actuelle : Cette pensée
tétranète valorisée permet de comprendre et de mettre à jour l’harmonie
structurelle profonde des sphérons qui définissent la loi gandhienne de
la non-violence et en sert de source éternelle, universelle et
permanente. Ce paradigme de pensée : nous permet de réglementer et
utiliser consciemment la plus grande force de la non-violence de
l’humanité.
S’agissant
du combat féministe pour l’émancipation féminine et le respect de ses droits
fondamentaux : de grands noms de :Olympe de GOUGES, Louise MICHEL,
Georges SAND, COLETTE, Simone DE BEAUVOIR, Gisèle HALIMI, Simone VEIL,……Mais il
en est tant d’autres que je ne peux toutes citées dont certaines connues ou

l’homme comme l’a chanté Jean FERRAT, ceci en renouvelant 3. poèmes, et en

L’humanité
est composée de 2 sexes
Leur
différence est une richesse
Pour
le développement de l’humanité

n’y a pas inscrit par nature de sexe fort et de sexe faible

par l’éducation que l’on façonne

futur de notre devenir commun
Aucune
discrimination liée au sexe n’est tolérable au XXI e siècle

sévices n’est admissible sur le corps d’une femme
Qui
doit décider librement de sa vie
On
ne peut parler de la femme
Penser
à elle
Sans
éprouver quelque admiration
Car
penser à la femme
C’est
évoquer une espérance
S’attacher
à la comprendre
C’est
scruter patiemment les signes
D’une
réalité toujours neuve et surprenante
Ce
sont les biographies multiples
Qui
ont fait de la femme ce qu’elle est
Cependant

The respect of the woman is threatened in too much of
situations: The féminicide (or féminicide, gynécide or gynocide) are the murder
of one or more women or girls for the reason which they are women.
149. It is the calculation amongst féminicides made in France in
2019.
Up to date behavior by the collective “Féminicides by companion
or ex” thanks to the voluntary ones which locates the murders thanks to the

3rd, 2018 reinforces the fight against sexual violences and sexists and that it
must allow to better prevent violences, to better accompany the victims, and to
better sanction the attackers!
Still it is necessary that the national budget devotes
sufficient means to it:in particular in the construction of infrastructures of
reception and the assistance with Associations helping the women in their
approachs.
With the international plan, I greet the step taken by the
