La voix musicale par
son pouvoir d’émotion et de synthèse est un facteur de paix et d’harmonie
lorsqu’elle rassemble les cœurs et les corps dans l’osmose de la sérénité
intérieure.
Engagé pour la paix et
les droits et devoirs humains de 1968 à nos jours, je vous livre mon modeste
bilan et mes commentaires. Certes, je dispose de quelques distinctions
nationale et internationale, cependant, si je pars avec la conscience du devoir
accompli, je m’interroge sur le fonctionnement de nos sociétés. Les valeurs
constitutives du vivre ensemble dépérissent et ce devant l’indifférence et
l’impuissance des élites dirigeantes.
J’ai publié depuis 1980
= 30 ouvrages dont quelques-uns en langue anglaise, et j’ai participé à des
ouvrages collectifs internationaux. J’ai chanté la paix pour les droits et
devoirs humains de par le monde et participé à des congrès internationaux de
poètes et conférences. Ainsi, je me suis rendu dans une cinquantaine de pays
exclusivement à ma charge.
J’ai constaté, que les
grandes Institutions internationales accordent généralement leurs distinctions,
chèques et reconnaissances inter étatiques à des personnalités connues du monde
politique, universitaire, sportif, et du milieu artistique et
cinématographique….Cependant, ceux-ci sont le plus souvent déjà médiatisés et
reçoivent déjà des revenus confortables.
Or, les personnes
ordinaires qui prennent des risques individuels à leur charge = n’ont aucun
soutien ou reconnaissance institutionnelle.
Alors, que l’engagement
citoyen est sollicité, qu’il est de grandes causes : climat, paix, pauvreté,
terrorisme….Qui motivent l’engagement du plus grand nombre, le fonctionnement
actuel est élitiste, les élites se cautionnent et ce entre elles, mais ignorent
les représentant spontanés du ou des peuples.
C’est pourquoi :
j’avais proposé la création d’un prix Nobel de la paix des personnes
ordinaires, et un prix du Conseil de l’Europe de l’humanisme contemporain
appelé : prix Simone VEIL en hommage à l’ancienne personnalité qui connut les
camps de la mort.
Je vous souhaite donc à
tous et à toutes, une longévité dans la paix et l’harmonie avec vos proches,
amis.
Je souhaite bien
entendu plein succès à vos travaux, à leur popularisation et écho auprès des
Etats. J’espère, que nos successeurs guidés par vos écrits et vos cœurs se
lèveront pour assurer la survie de l’humanité.
Je continuerai à suivre
et à lire vos travaux, à m’y intéresser, à les encourager en les faisant
connaître si utile.

The musical voice by
its power of emotion and synthesis is a factor of peace and harmony when it
gathers the hearts and the bodies in the osmosis of interior serenity.
Engaged for the human
peace and rights and duties of 1968 to our days, I deliver my modest assessment
and my comments to you. Admittedly, I have some distinctions main road and
international, however, if I leave with the conscience the achieved duty, I
wonder about the operation of our companies. The values constitutive of the
food together decay and this in front of the indifference and the impotence of
the leading elites.
I published since 1980
= 30 works of which some in English language, and I took part in international
collective works. I sang peace for the human rights and duties all over the
world and took part in international congresses poets and conferences. Thus, I
went in about fifty countries exclusively to my load.
I noted, that the great
International institutions generally grant their distinctions, accounts -
checks and recognitions inter official with known personalities of the
political world, academic, sportsman, and artistic medium and
cinematographic….However, those are generally already popularized through the
media and receive already comfortable incomes.
However, the ordinary
people who take individual chances with their load = do not have any support or
institutional recognition.
Then, that the
commitment citizen is requested, that it is great causes: climate, peace,
poverty, terrorism….Who justify the commitment of the greatest number, current
operation is elitist, the elites guarantee themselves and this between them,
but ignore the representative spontaneous of the people.
This is why: I had
proposed the creation of a Nobel Prize of the peace of the ordinary people, and
a price of the Council of Europe of called contemporary humanism: price Simone
Veil in tribute to the old personality which knew the camps of death.
I thus wish you with
all and all, a longevity in peace and the harmony with your close relations, friends.
I of course wish every
success with your work, with their popularization and echo at the States. I
hope, that our successors guided by your writings and your hearts will rise to
ensure the survival of humanity.
I will continue to
follow and read your work, with me to interest in it, to encourage them by
making known them so useful.
