Bonjour,

Madame la Présidente du parlement européen m’a adressé un mot manuscrit suite à sa réception et lecture de mon livre « Avec la pandémie de la COVID 19 et après « ? Cet essai, est publié par les Editions Le lys bleu Paris- avril 2022 et diffusé par SODIS !Il est préfacé par Michèle PICARD Maire de la ville de Vénissieux et vice –Présidente de la métropole lyonnaise.

Après les remerciements de la Présidente du parlement européen = La Directrice générale de l’UNESCO doit faire de même.

En effet, ce livre serait le seul publié en France qui relate toutes les péripéties de la pandémie et il esquisse les grands enjeux de notre devenir. D’autres virus nous attendent = comment s’y prépare et les affronter ? Ouvrage non scientifique au sens médical, ce livre traite de toutes les incidences sociétales post pandémie :Le climat, la déforestation provoquant la proximité du monde animal et certains virus, les enjeux de la paix et certaines armes contribuent la pollution, le décalage nord sud, la compétition économique et militaire Etats –Unis, Chine, Russie ,les questions identitaires et les flux migratoires, le devenir de la jeunesse ,les droits fondamentaux de la femme………….

Il y aura toujours des maux à combattre, des contradictions à résoudre, des conflits à apaiser !En ce sens : être femme ou homme est un défi sans fin. .. ..…Mais l’enjeu est celui de la transformation des conflit par le dépassement de la créativité (démarche proposée par le pionnier des recherches pour la paix le Professeur Johan GALTUNG) et le passage d’un contradiction antagonique en contradiction non antagonique.

L’homme ne serait-il qu’un loup pour l’homme comme l’indiquait le philosophe HOBBES ?

Tout part déjà de soi :faire sa révolution humaine concept employé la première fois par le pédagogue japonais : Joseî TODA= vaincre ses peurs intérieures, ses angoisses, ses ressentiments , ses colères dirigées sur l’autre responsable de tout !

Le temps est venu de mettre en relation toute la pensée mondiale au service des droits et devoirs humains = avec la mondialisation = il est surtout parlé du marché, des échanges commerciaux, mais il doit y avoir une mondialisation des esprits au service de l’humanité.

La philosophie reste marquée par la pensée occidentale notamment européenne !Elle doit s’ouvrir davantage aux apports d’autres cultures et civilisations :Ceux de l’Inde ,de la Chine, de l’Australie, du continent sud- américain, de penseurs africains…….

Sans aller trop en arrière dans l’histoire :MACHIAVEL, HOBBES , ROUSSEAU, KANT ,MARX, CLAUSEWITZ,NIETSCHE, HARENDT,ARON, IKEDA, KAHAN ,et tant d’autres ont abordé et selon les dimensions du pouvoir, de la politique, de la démocratie, des questions morales et psychologiques ,sociologiques, culturelles……

Peut- être, qu’au III e millénaire engagé avec encore des guerres dévastatrices et des armes pouvant détruire notre planète :nucléaires, chimiques, biologiques…Le temps est venu de la construction d’une nouvelle civilisation à définir qui intègre et dépasse l’idéalisme et le matérialisme philosophique. J’ai l’ambition, mais à mon âge en aurai-je le temps et l’énergie de rédiger un essai « La philosophie à l’épreuve de la guerre » qui traitera de ces enjeux.

Présentement, le monde entend sur les médias la cérémonie grandiose organisée par les britanniques à l’occasion du jubilé de la Reine ELISABETH II

A ce sujet, mon propos n’est pas politique sous l’angle de me prononcer sur le système anglais de la monarchie constitutionnelle, mais de le faire sous l’angle artistique .La reine a été admirative parmi bien des artistes différents de la voix du ténor Mario LANZA qu’elle alla écouter au palladium de Londres en 1957 et elle demanda une copie privée de la Chanson :Because You’re Mine titre d’un film Hollywodien et interprétée par le célèbre ténor.

Il se trouve, qu’en juillet 2014 lors du congrès international des auteurs et artistes de langue castillane à Los Angeles : j’ai offert à cette ville, mon interprétation originale et inédite en langue française de cette chanson pour le 60 e anniversaire de ce film et chanson = écouter ci-dessous.

Indeed, this book would only be published in France which reports all the adventures of pandemia and it outlines the great challenges our to become. Do other viruses expect us = how prepares there and to face them? Work not scientist with the medical direction, this book deals with all the incidences sociétales post pandemia:The climate, deforestation causing the proximity of the animal world and certain viruses, the challenges of peace and certain weapons contribute pollution, the southern northern shift, the economic and military competition the United States, China, Russia, the identity questions and the migratory flux, to become to it youth, the basic rights of the woman .............

There will be always evils to fight, contradictions to be solved, conflicts to be alleviated!In this direction: to be woman or man is a challenge without end. ..... But the challenge is that of the transformation of the conflict by the going beyond the creativity (approach suggested by the pioneer of research for peace Professor Johan GALTUNG) and the passage of an antagonistic contradiction into nonantagonistic contradiction.

Wouldn't the man be that a wolf for the man as philosopher HOBBES indicated it?

Any share already of oneself:to make its human revolution concept employed the first time by the Japanese pedagog: Joseî TODA= to overcome its interior fears, its anguishes, its resentments, its angers directed on the other person in charge of all!

Perhaps, that to the III E thousand-year-old engaged with still of the wars devastators and the weapons being able to destroy our planet:nuclear, chemical, biological… time came from the construction of a new civilization to be defined which integrates and exceeds the idealism and the philosophical materialism. I have the ambition, but at my age I will have of it time and energy to write a test “philosophy proof against the war” which will treat these challenges.
