des Nations Unies = ma contribution :
Bonjour,
Chaque année depuis 1990 jusqu’à présent, = comme simple
citoyen, chaque 20 mars ( jour du printemps) j’ai adressé mes observations,
réflexions, propositions à l’ONU et aux organisations internationales et ce 21
septembre pour la paix, ainsi qu’au gouvernement de mon pays.
Cette démarche originale a été signalé en son temps comme
initiative citoyenne remarquable par l’Office des Nations Unies à Genève après
la publication en 2005 de mon ouvrage « le défi humaniste d’un
citoyen ordinaire »
En 1991, ( il y a 30 ans) ,j’ai rédigé le poème « Ministère
de la paix » lire ci- dessous, lequel , avec le style poétique proposait
dans chaque pays la création de ce » Ministère.»
Cette appellation aurait signifié une volonté politique étatique
universelle à la réalisation de la paix.
Certes : Ce poème a reçu les remerciements de nombre
d’Institutions comme : La Commission nationale française pour l’UNESCO, le
centre d’information des Nations unies alors à Paris, le Conseil de l’Europe.
….Il reçut aussi les félicitations de nombre d’Associations ou ONG d’obédience
religieuse et à l’époque du Pape Jean –Paul II, comme quelques années plus tard
celles du Président de la République Jacques CHIRAC.
Cependant, 30 ans ensuite, il n’existe toujours pas un Ministère
de la paix en France comme dans d’autres pays.
MINISTERE DE LA PAIX
Le vocabulaire a sa raison d'être
Qui Oriente les corps
Et les visées des cœurs
Dans la plupart des pays
Pour protéger les frontières
Ou revendiquer des aires
Le Ministre désigné
S'estime très honoré d'une appellation affirmée
Ministre des armées : Ou : Ministre de la défense, ou Ministre
de la sécurité collective…..Il a même existé dans des pays
L’appellation de " Ministère de la guerre"
A ces titres de pouvoir,
Je vous invite à revendiquer dans vos associations, ONG,
Mouvements pacifistes de paix et d'harmonie
La création et l'action d'un Ministère de la paix dans chaque
pays
Tel un vibrato
Une pensée fugitive
L'obscurité d'un camaïeu
Au mépris des arrogances
Toute déambulation
Dans les longues vallées
Sur les mers turquoise
Près des pics argentés
Garante de la vie
Ton armée est ce cri
La paix n’a pas de prix
Ministère de la paix = Ministère de la survie
Et plus que cela : victoire de l'esprit

En septembre 2020,l’éditeur français « Editions du Cordeau »
sous le titre « le Messager de la paix »a publié mon parcours
autobiographique de mon enfance à aujourd’hui. en son sein, on y découvre des
déplacements dans une soixantaine de pays, parfois, avec des risques pour ma
sécurité pour y proclamer : La paix et le respect des droits et des devoirs
humains.
Membre du réseau de paix et d’harmonie GHA (Association globale
d’harmonie) animé par le philosophe et sociologue russe de l’Université
de Saint -Pétersbourg Léo SEMASHKO, j’ai fait publier en France par les
Editions du Cordeau ses remarquables travaux à partir de la démarche innovante
des « spherons » et les réflexions du groupe de 82 chercheurs de 25 pays dont 5
détenteurs du prix Nobel. Cette association regroupe en son sein des
dirigeants d’ONG pour la paix et l’harmonie.
L’ouvrage « GANDHI ET DEPUIS » (qui
fut édité en langue anglaise en Inde en aout 2020), est la version
française et le résultat des travaux du groupe. Il a été publié en décembre
2020 sous le titre « GANDHI ET DEPUIS » par
l’éditeur français Editions du Cordeau.

Cette année, compte tenu d’innombrables travaux et propositions
d’ONG et mouvements de paix, je ne publierai pas de contribution personnelle
argumentée. Parmi les multiples contributions autre celle du groupe de
réflexions auquel j’appartiens, je note particulièrement pour son originalité
car la plus ancienne du genre : La proposition pour la paix adressée chaque
année depuis 1983 au Secrétaire général de l’ONU, par l’essayiste philosophe et
bouddhiste japonais Daisaku IKEDA au titre de l’ONG internationale SGI dont il
est le Président d’honneur.
D’autres ONG, Instituts et Fondations, apportent des
contributions élaborées à la Cause pour la paix. Il en est ainsi du
pionnier des Recherches pour la paix Johan GALTUNG, aux éducateurs pour la
paix, à l’association internationale des Maires pour la paix, à
l’Institut Joseî TODA, au centre de la paix de Boston, à ICAN, au mouvement de
la paix, à la Fondation culture et paix, au forum de Paris pour la paix, au
comité de liaison des ONG de l’UNESCO, aux organisations syndicales
internationales, etc. Il existe des millions d’ONG de par le monde et des
milliers d’inégale importance et reconnaissance qui se consacrent à la paix
………….
Cette année : ma spécificité se fera par la voix = « les
chansons d’amour universel « en 4 langues, que j’ai enregistré, ou chanté en
direct y compris pour les peuples dans des rues, places, dans des dizaines de
pays lors de mes déplacements de paix et d’harmonie.
La musique par son pouvoir de synthèse relie les cœurs et les
corps = elle constitue un facteur d’harmonie et de paix intérieure provoquant
la symbiose entre personnes de diverses confessions, philosophies et
civilisations
Nourrie d’une multitude de sons, elle exprime l’éternel,
l’universel, l’illimité
La musique est amour en quête des mots
Celles et ceux qui en respirent l’émotion
Reçoivent cet enchainement d’accords
Comme une brise parfumée,
Des nuages blancs dans le ciel
Un printemps rempli de bourgeons sur la terre
la musique élève les fréquences de l’esprit
Elle est l’harmonie de l’âme
Qui transforme la tristesse en espoir
L’hostilité en sympathie
Elle abolit les distances entre les personnes
Transcende les civilisations, dépasse les siècles
La musique rayonnement culturel
Est souveraine de l’émotion humaine
Concert spirituel, prélude au siècle de l’humanité
le son est la chose envolée
Don la musicalité fait rêver
Espace et temps forment son lit

Hello,
Each year since 1990 until now, = like ordinary citizen, each
March 20th (day of spring) I addressed my observations, reflections, proposals
with UNO and the international organizations this September and 21st for
peace, like with the government of my country.
This original approach was announced in its time like initiative
remarkable citizen by the Office of the United Nations in Geneva after the publication
in 2005 of my work “the humanistic challenge of an ordinary
citizen”
In 1991, (30 years ago), I wrote the poem “Ministry
for peace” lira below, which, with the poetic style proposed in each
country the creation of this” Ministry.”
This name would have meant universal official political will
with the realization of peace.
Admittedly: This poem received the thanks of many Institutions
like: French National Commission for UNESCO, the information center of the
United Nations then in Paris, the Council of Europe. ….It accepted also the
congratulations of number of Associations or ONG of religious obedience and at
the time of the Pope Jean-Paul II, like a few years later those of the
President of the Republic Jacques Chirac.
However, 30 years then, there still does not exist a Ministry
for peace in France as in other countries.
MINISTRY FOR PEACE
The vocabulary has its raison d'être
Who Directs the bodies
And aimings of the hearts
In most country
To protect the borders
Or to assert surfaces
The appointed Minister
Estimate yourself very honoured with a marked name
Minister for the armies: Or: Minister for defense, or Minister
for the collective security ..... There even existed in countries
The name of “Ministry for the war”
With these titles of being able,
I invite you to assert in your associations, ONG,
Pacifist movements of peace and harmony
The creation and the action of a Ministry for peace in each
country
A such vibrato
A fugitive thought
Darkness of a camaieu
With no regard for arrogances
Any ambulation
In the long valleys
On the turquoise seas
Close to the silver plated peaks
Guarantor of the life
Your army is this cry
Peace does not have a price
Ministry for peace = Ministry for survival
And more than that: victory of the spirit
Safeguard human dignity
And of the respect of the life, any life

In September 2020, the French editor “Editions of the Cordeau
line” under the title “the Messenger of peace”
published my autobiographical course of my childhood to today. in his center,
one discovers displacements in about sixty countries there, sometimes, with
risks for my safety to proclaim there: The peace and the respect of the rights
and the human duties.
Member of the network of peace and harmony GHA (total
Association of harmony) animated by the philosopher and Russian sociologist of
the University of Saint - Pétersbourg Léo SEMASHKO, I made publish in France by
the Editions of the Chalk line his remarkable work starting from the approach
innovating of “will spherons” and the reflections of the group of 82
researchers of 25 countries including 5 holders of the Nobel Prize. This
association gathers in its center of the leaders of ONG for peace and the
harmony.
The work “GANDHI AND SINCE” (which
was published in English language in India in August 2020), is the French
version and the result of work of the group. It was published in December 2020
under title “GANDHI AND SINCE” by the French editor Editions
of the Chalk line.

approach with the innovation of will spherons.

This year, taking into account innumerable work and proposals
for ONG and movements of peace, I will not publish a argued personal
contribution. Among the multiple contributions other that of the think tank to
which I belong, I note particularly for his oldest originality because of the
kind: The proposal for the peace addressed each year since 1983 to the General
secretary of UNO, by philosophical and Buddhist essay writer Japanese
international Daisaku IKEDA with the title of the ONG SGI of which he is the
Honorary president.
Other ONG, Institutes and Foundations, make contributions worked
out to the Cause for peace. It is thus of the pioneer of Research for
peace Johan GALTUNG, with the teachers for peace, the international association
of the Mayors for peace, at the Institute Joseî TODA, the center of the peace
of Boston, ICAN, the movement of peace, the Foundation culture and peace, with
the forum of Paris for peace, at the Contact committee of ONG of UNESCO, the
international trade-union organizations, etc There exist all over the world
million ONG and thousands of unequal importance and recognition which are
devoted to peace .............
This year: my specificity will be done by the voice = “the love
songs universal “in 4 languages, which I recorded, or sung live including for
the people in streets, places, in tens of country during my displacements of
peace and harmony.
The music by its power of synthesis connects the hearts and the
bodies = it constitute a factor of harmony and interior peace causing symbiosis
between people of various confessions, philosophies and civilizations
Nourished a multiplicity of sounds, it expresses the eternal,
the universal one, the unlimited one
The music is love in search of words
Those and those which breathe the emotion of it
Receive this sequence of agreements
Like a scented breeze,
White clouds in the sky
One spring filled of buds on the ground
the music raises the frequencies of the spirit
It is the harmony of the heart
Who transforms the unhappiness into hope
Hostility in sympathy
It abolishes the distances between the people
Transcend the civilizations, exceeds the centuries
The music cultural radiation
Is sovereign human emotion
Concert of sacred music, prelude to the century of humanity

Donation the musical quality makes dream
