FACE AUX DRAMES DANS LESQUELS NOUS ENFONCENT L’INCONSCIENCE DE CERTAINS
DIRIGEANTS D’ETATS !
Depuis
1968, je me suis rendu dans une cinquantaine de pays y clamer la paix et les
droits et devoirs humains. Ceci, pas toujours dans des conditions de sécurité
assurées. Parfois j’entendais les balles siffler, dans d’autre vivaient des
affrontements au couteau, enfin, la police franquiste m’expulsa de l’aéroport
de Madrid en 1973 avec d’autre syndicalistes qui rendaient visite aux
Commissions ouvrières d’Espagne.
Depuis
ma nomination de messager de la culture de la paix en juin 2000 par l’UNESCO,
j’ai commenté sans interruption jusqu’à cette année les événements les plus
marquants de la vie nationale et internationale.
Présentement,
fatigué car citoyen ordinaire, j’aspire à un retrait de la vie publique.
J’ai
actuellement une bronchite qui m’handicape et cependant : après le retrait
américain de l’accord sur le climat, la situation en Catalogne, les
déclarations insensées des dirigeants nord-coréen et américain relativement à
l’usage de l’arme nucléaire, voici maintenant que le Président TRUMP, annonce
faire de Jérusalem la capitale de L’Etat d’Israël !
Cette
déclaration unilatérale faite par le Président d’un autre Etat intervient et va
provoquer de nouvelles flambées de violence et des attentats et enlèvements
dont les peuples israélien et palestinien seront les premières victimes.
Cette
attitude est contraire au droit international et aux résolutions adoptées par
l’ONU. Surtout : Elle enterre le processus de paix déjà au plus mal depuis
plusieurs années au Proche- Orient.
Ce
qui est grave est la confusion et les amalgames volontairement entretenues par
le Président américain.
Donald
TRUMP, assimile la lutte d’un peuple pour le respect de son appartenance
historique et pour disposer d’un Etat souverain et la capitale à Jérusalem Est
avec le djihadisme fanatique assassin.
Il
assimile les perversions de l’Islam par des groupes criminels basés sur la peur
et la mort, des enlèvements et attentats avec la représentation de l’Islam
comme religion et de l’appartenance au monde arabe et plus largement Musulman.
Il
est temps que les peuples se réveillent, dictent la direction aux dirigeants
d’Etats aveuglés par leur volonté de pouvoir et qui proposent et décident des
décisions mettant en danger la sécurité des peuples, de l’ordre mondial et de
la paix.
Hélas
les Etats-Unis étant l’un des 5 pays membres permanents du Conseil de sécurité
de l’ONU leur véto peut bloquer toute décision humainement souhaitable.
Les
Nations Unies elles–mêmes sont à réformer ; les représentants de la société
civile doivent y trouver une place grandissante délibérative car ils sont en
première ligne des drames vécus.
Notamment
l’Association mondiale des Maires pour la paix instance représentative la plus
proche des populations se devrait d’avoir un rôle et une écoute renforcée au
sein des Nations Unies.

VIS-A-VIS THE DRAMAS IN WHICH INSERT US THE UNCONSCIOUSNESS OF CERTAIN LEADERS
OF STATES!
Since 1968, I went in about fifty countries to protest there the
human peace and rights and duties. This, not always under assured security
conditions. Sometimes I intended the balls to whistle, in other lived
confrontations with the knife, finally, the pro-Franco police expelled me
airport of Madrid in 1973 with other trade unionists who visited the working
Commissions of Spain.
Since my nomination of messenger of the culture of peace in June
2000 by UNESCO, I commented on without interruption until this year the most
outstanding events of the national life and international.
, Tired at present because ordinary citizen, I aspire to a
withdrawal of the public life.
I currently have bronchitis which handicaps me and however:
after the American withdrawal of the agreement on the climate, the situation in
Catalonia, foolish declarations of the leaders North-Korean and American
compared to the use of the nuclear weapon, here now that the President TRUMP,
announcement to make of Jerusalem the capital of the State of Israel!
This unilateral statement made by the President of another State
intervenes and will cause new outbursts of violence and attacks and removals
whose people Israeli and Palestinian will be the first victims.
This attitude is contrary with the international law and the
resolutions adopted by UNO. Especially: It has already buried the peace process
with most badly for several years in the Middle East.
What is serious is confusion and the amalgams voluntarily
maintained by the US president.
Donald TRUMP, assimilates the fight of people for the respect of
his historical membership and to have a Sovereign state and the capital in
Jerusalem East with the fanatic djihadism assassin.
He assimilates perversions of Islam by criminal groups based on
the fear and death, of removals and attacks with the representation of Islam
like religion and the membership in the Arab world and more largely Musulman.
It is time that the people awake, dictate the direction with the
leaders of States plugged by their will to be able and who propose and decide
decisions endangering the safety of the people, the world order and peace.
Alas the United States being one of the 5 permanent member
countries of the Security Council of UNO their veto can block any humanly
desirable decision.
The United Nations themselves are to be reformed; the
representatives of the civil society must find there a place growing
deliberative because they are in first line of the lived dramas.
In particular the Worldwide association of the Mayors for peace
representative authority nearest to the populations should play a role and a
listening reinforced within the United Nations.
