L’escalade
verbale entre le Dirigeant coréen du Nord et le Président des Etats-Unis est
inquiétante !
Avec
l’arme nucléaire le dictateur coréen entend se protéger du sort d’autres
dictateurs tués ou condamnés par la justice internationale, il connaît la
puissance américaine mais il sait très bien qu’un anéantissement de son peuple
par l’armée américaine et l’arme nucléaire ne se limiterait pas à la frontière
coréenne, mais aurait des conséquences sur d’autres pays
avoisinants :Japon Corée du Sud, Chine….et sur le climat déjà fortement
perturbé !
Le
Président américain, comme son alter ego coréen, nous habituent à la
provocation verbale, à la surenchère, aux insultes.. Attitudes non conformes à
la diplomatie !
Le
Président américain ne peut ignorer que même anéanti le dirigeant coréen du
nord a auparavant des capacités de nuisance nucléaire et autres pouvant
atteindre le Japon, la Corée du sud et l’île américaine de Guam.
Personnellement,
j’ai été choqué d’entendre le Président TRUMP, dans l’enceinte des Nations
Unies, lieu symbolique et normalement actif représentant la paix et
la protection des peuples proférer des menaces non pas limitées à son souhait
d’un changement de régime en Corée du Nord, à la possible atteinte aux
capacités militaires de la Corée du Nord,…Mais a menacé de détruire tout le
peuple de Corée du Nord ! C’est inquiétant et insensé !
Même,
si les 2 dirigeants connaissent les risques et sont conseillés militairement
,l’escalade verbale entre 2 personnes fougueuses, sanguines, imprévisibles peut
provoquer un dérapage militaire aux conséquences lourdes pour toute la planète.
Le Président américain rompant avec la politique du Président OBAMA renoue avec
les accusations vis- à vis- de l’Iran, et ce pays se sert de de cette attitude
pour relancer ses expériences militaires.
Il
est temps, que les Instances internationales écoutent les conciliateurs de paix
dont le Groupe GHA impulsé par Léo SEMASHKO, et la science globale pour la
paix, les suggestions d’universitaires éminents, d’ONG internationales comme la
proposition annuelle pour la paix fait chaque année par Monsieur IKEDA au
secrétaire général de l’ONU.
Il
est temps que les peuples s’investissent pour la paix et que leur place (comme
représentants de la société civile) au sein des Instances internationales soit
reconnue, précisée, et mise en œuvre.

The verbal climbing between the Korean Leader of North and the
President of the United States is worrying!
With the nuclear weapon the Korean dictator intends to protect
himself from the fate of other dictators killed or condemned by international
justice, he knows the American power but he knows very well that a destruction
of its people by the American army and the nuclear weapon would not be limited
to the Korean border, but would have consequences on other neighbouring
countries:Japan South Korea, China….and on the climate already strongly
disturbed!
The US president, like its Korean alter ego, accustom us to the
verbal provocation, the higher bid, the insults. Attitudes nonin conformity
with the diplomacy!
The US president cannot be unaware of that even destroyed the
Korean leader of north has before ability of nuclear and different nuisance
being able to reach Japan, South Korea and the American island of Guam.
Personally, I was shocked to hear President TRUMP, within the
boundary of the United Nations, symbolic system place and normally active
representing the peace and the protection of the people to utter threats not
limited to his wish of a regime change in North Korea, with the possible attack
with the military capacities of the North Korea,… But threatened to destroy all
the people of North Korea! It is worrying and foolish!
Even, if the 2 leaders know the risks and are advised
militarily, the verbal climbing between 2 impetuous, blood, unforeseeable
people can cause a military skid with the heavy consequences for all planet.
The US president breaking with the policy of President OBAMA joins again with
the charges live with screw of Iran, and this country makes use of this
attitude to start again its military experiments.
It is time, that the International authorities listen to the
conciliators of peace of which Group GHA impelled by Léo SEMASHKO, and total
science for peace, the suggestions of eminent academics, ONG international like
the annual proposal for peace makes each year per Mr IKEDA with the general
secretary of UNO.
It is time that the people invest themselves for peace and that
their place (as representatives of the civil society) within the International
authorities is recognized, specified, and put in work.
