Bonjour,



A la veille d’un enregistrement musical, ma conscience m’interpelle, et je vous adresse cette lettre.
Je m’adresse à vous, ceci comme citoyen ordinaire, mais citoyen préoccupé par les affaires du monde et l’avenir de l’humanité.
Nous vivons une période historique où l’enjeu est : Certes, pour le genre humain universel, mais également, en symbiose avec l’environnement naturel : les espèces animales, minérales, végétales…

Votre rôle est celui de veiller la paix, au respect des peuples sur les cinq continents. Justement, comme vous êtes les représentants de pays qui disposent de l’arme nucléaire, vous mesurez l’importance à jamais de ne pas utiliser ces armes, et ce, avant le désarmement nucléaire général un jour prochain que j’appelle de mes vœux.

Nous vivons une période où l’emprise idéologique des grands moyens d’information est grandissante. Avec la rapidité de la diffusion de l’information par les grands moyens de communication : télévision, internet, radios, téléphones portables, réseaux sociaux…Les nouvelles les plus diverses et souvent désolantes et dramatiques se répandent sur toute la planète.

Or et hélas souvent, parfois, il est véhiculé la conscience inversée du monde réel et de la création de valeurs d’harmonie.
L’exemple des armes de destruction massive qui ont servi de prétexte l’intervention militaire en Irak, comme celle récente touchant la personne de Dominique STRAUSS –KAHN ,jeté en pâture à la conscience des citoyens du monde par les grands médias et ce ,au détriment de la présomption d’innocence ,sont parmi les révélateurs des dérives actuelles.

Trop souvent, les poids conquérant et velléitaire de l’argent, de l’industrie d’armement et des grands groupes financiers et autres lobbies économiques et idéologiques, l’emportent sur l’importance du dialogue, à la présomption d’innocence. Certes , la justice internationale doit voir son rôle accru car une sanction justifiée à l’égard d’un dirigeant politique coupable, de gouvernements, ou autre dirigeant appelant et pratiquant la haine, l’exclusion et la discrimination, est préférable aux bruit et au malheur des bombes, balles ou autres ustensiles du malheur tuant souvent des populations civiles innocentes.

En Lybie, en Syrie, au Bahreïn,… en Palestine, en Israël, au Congo, après les drames au Soudan, en Tchétchénie, les drames qui continuent en Irak en Afghanistan, après les révolutions toujours en cours en Egypte, en Tunisie, les souffrances qui demeurent dans la jeunesse algérienne, les incertitudes qui demeurent au Liban, en Iran,….les attentats au Pakistan, et la liste pourrait s’allonger de drames et de conflits.
Je m’adresse à vous solennellement, ceci, afin que la diplomatie mondiale reprenne tous ses droits, et veille à la préservation du respect de la vie, de toute vie.

The day before a musical recording, my conscience challenges me, and I address you this letter.
I address myself you, this like ordinary citizen, but to citizen worried by the business of the world and the future of humanity.
We live one historical period where the challenge is: Admittedly, for universal mankind, but also, in symbiosis with natural environment: animal species, mineral, vegetable…

Your role is that to take care peace, with the respect of the people on the five continents. Precisely, as you are the representatives of countries which have the nuclear weapon, you measure the importance forever not to use these weapons, and this, before general nuclear disarmament one day next which I call of my wishes.
We live one period when the ideological influence of the great ways of information is growing. With the speed of dissemination of information by the great ways of communication: television, Internet, radios, cellphones, social networks… the most various and often afflicting and dramatic news are spread on all planet.
However and alas often, sometimes, it is conveyed the reversed conscience of the real world and the creation of values of harmony.
The example of the weapons of mass destruction which were used as pretext the military intervention in Iraq, like that recent concerning the person of Dominique Strauss-Kahn, threw in grazing ground with the conscience of the citizens of the world by the great media and this, to the detriment of the presumption of innocence, its among the revealing ones of the current drifts.

Too Much often the weights conquering and weak-willed money, industry of armament and great financial groups and other economic and ideological lobbies, overrides the importance of the dialog, with the presumption of innocence. Admittedly, international justice must see its increased role because a sanction justified with regard to a guilty political leader, governments, or other directing calling and practitioner hatred, exclusion and discrimination, is preferable with the noise and the misfortune of the bombs, balls or other ustensils of the often killing misfortune of the innocent civil populations.
In Lybie, in Syria, in Bahrain,… in Palestine, in Israel, in Congo, after the dramas in Sudan, as Chetchnia, the dramas which continue in Iraq in Afghanistan, after the revolutions always in progress in Egypt, in Tunisia, the sufferings which remain in Algerian youth, uncertainties which remain in Lebanon, in Iran,….attacks in Pakistan, and the list could lengthen dramas and conflicts.
I address myself to you solemnly, this, so that the world diplomacy takes again all its rights, and takes care of the safeguarding of the respect of the life, of any life.
