REPRESSION EN SYRIE
ET SOLIDARITE INTERNATIONALE AVEC LE PEUPLE SYRIEN !



Le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU a voté une résolution préconisant les conditions d’une intervention militaire limitée en Libye.
Or, le mandat de cette intervention a été changé quant à son contenu et sa direction. C’est l’OTAN, qui est devenue maitre d’œuvre de l’intervention et progressivement, les conditions de l’intervention se rapprochent de plus en plus d’une opération militaire terrestre.

De fait pour maints pays, cette intervention sous l’égide de l’OTAN apparait être une occidentalisation de l’intervention où les aspects économiques et financiers, sont au moins aussi importants que l’argument avancé d’aide aux populations civiles menacées et agressées.

A partir de ce constat, des pays comme le Brésil, la Chine, la Russie,. Sont sceptiques et réticents concernant une nouvelle résolution de l’ONU condamnant les agissements du régime du président syrien Bachar –Al –Assad qui massacre cependant son peuple.

A ce jour, le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU tarde à voter une résolution condamnant l’attitude du régime syrien et prenant au minimum d’ores et déjà des sanctions non pas économiques contre le peuple, mais financières : contre les avoirs à l'étranger du Président syrien et en transmettant son dossier à la cour pénale internationale afin que cette dernière instruise un procès pour crimes contre le peuple.

Le Président syrien, qui a fermé ses frontières aux journalistes, cache encore une partie de l’ampleur de sa répression, même si par Facebook, You tube, et autres réseaux sociaux, sa répression fait le tour du monde. Il espère, sur la durée, reprendre la main devant la carence des opinions publiques mondiales et la passivité des gouvernements.

Je l’ai déjà exprimé une condamnation par la CPI (la cour pénale internationale) aurait déjà une valeur morale importante sur l’action de dirigeants de la puissance publique. Ensuite, s’agissant de la gouvernance mondiale, je fais miennes ces réflexions du réseau des citoyens du monde telles que Daniel DURAND l’un des responsables de cette organisation mondiale me les a adressées relativement la représentation directe et au contrôle des peuples sur la gouvernance mondiale.

De plus en plus d’exilés syriens se réfugient en Turquie. Rapidement, le Président Bachar Al –Assad, devrait laisser le pouvoir à son vice –Président en attendant la nomination d’un conseil de transition vers la démocratie.

Il y faudrait également, comme le réclame l’opposition syrienne en exil un Etat civil, non pas islamique, et des élections libres dans moins d’un an.
De plus en plus, des gouvernements ne sont plus capables d'assurer au service des peuples la gestion du sen set de la totalité pour l'intérêt général.

Alors, les philosophes prennent leur responsabilité pour l'autonomie citoyenne de pensée en suggérant des pistes de réflexion en relation avec l'intelligence de la nécessité !

The Security Council of UNO voted for a resolution recommending the conditions of a military intervention limited in Libya.
However, the mandate of this intervention was changed as for its contents and its direction. It is NATO, which became project superintendent of the intervention and gradually, the conditions of the intervention approach a terrestrial military operation more and more.

From this report, countries like Brazil, China, Russia. Are skepticals and reticent concerning a new resolution of UNO condemning the intrigues of the mode of Syrian president Bachar - Al - Assad which massacres its people however.

To date, the Security Council of UNO is long in voting for a resolution condemning the attitude of the Syrian mode and at least taking disciplinary right now not economic action against the people, but financial: against the assets abroad of the Syrian President and by transmitting his file to the international penal court so that the latter informs a lawsuit for crimes against the people.

The Syrian President, who closed his borders with the journalists, still hides part of the width of his repression, even if by Facebook, You tubes, and other social networks, its repression goes the world. He hopes, over the duration, to take again the hand in front of the deficiency of the world public opinions and the passivity of the governments.

I already expressed it a judgment by CPI (international penal court) would have already an important moral value on the action of leaders of the public power.
